I was arranging for a car to be transported for my manager. The overall experience was positive with the vehicle being picked up and transported within a very reasonable time. The only reason for the four star was because I had difficulty reaching my contact person initially and during the process. However, Graham was professional and friendly over the phone and made the overall transaction smooth.
