We were moving across country from NC to AZ and had originally scheduled transport with another company over a month in advance. 3 days before our move date, we had yet to be billed for our transport deposit or contacted in anyway by the original company. We contacted AmeriFreight 2 days before our move date and they arranged transport for our vehicle, which was picked up the day before we left. The vehicle was delivered earlier than expected and in good condition. The downside was the constant solicitation for a review after the vehicle was delivered. We had just moved over 2000 miles into a new home and the AmeriFreight representative contacted us over 5 times in the first week trying to get us to leave an online review, which we found very unpleasant and unprofessional.
