Having read horror stories from people working directly with the carriers, it was a real pleasure to discuss the transport of my son's SUV from Colorado to California. Ali did an outstanding job of explaining how it would work. She was always available even by email when she had already left for the day.
I can't say enough about how well it went,the SUV was picked up on time with no issues and actually arrived 2 days early!. Thanks again Ali!
