Ali was knowledgeable and friendly, the driver was extremely careful, courteous, and friendly...he was very careful with all the vehicles he was transporting. I had used AmeriFreight in 2013 and I felt confident with who I was dealing with, this other person called and updated me. The only thing that I was disappointed in although I purchased the extra insurance for $128.00, I felt that my original quote was a lot less then when I received the contract, but at the time I was getting stressed about not having my vehicle so I went with AmerFreight. I'm sure for an open transport system I could have shopped around and saved a couple hundred dollars.
