AmeriFreight was the third company that I had sought out to have my father's convertible shipped to me from Maryland to Texas. I was worried about scamming transport brokers, but after reading positive reviews from customs who have used AmeriFreight, I thought I should find out what their services could do for me and I'm glad that I had!!!
My customer representative was Ali Jones and I want to give her a formal thank you in my review. Your honesty and reassurance was AWESOME, Ali Jones!!! She told me that it may be 5-7 days before I may receive my car and that her company only deals with the best transporters. Yeah, I had heard that doing my search for a transporter, but as I have said before, the customer reviews pushed me toward AmeriFreight. Now do all transportation brokers use the best brokers? I will never know, but what I do know is that my car was scheduled for pickup from Maryland on a Friday and I received my car in Texas on Sunday, two days later without any damage only a little dust that I whipped clean with a damp rag!
AmeriFreight...I'm confident when referring people looking for a transporter to this company! Their service was exceptional: Ali Jones and the transporter were very courteous and professional. Thank you so much for your services!!! I was asked to leave a review and I was like, "Yeah...sure," after receiving my car in TWO DAYS UNDAMAGED, I had to give my review!
