I had the car shipped economy rate, so I knew it would take a while. Also, it was moved over the Christmas holidays which made the move longer then anticipated. I liked how Amy followed up when I could not get an update from the truck company. Overall AmeriFreight was great. Good follow up. I recommend using them.
Two suggestions I have: - More frequent updates on the expected arrival (every 3 days would be good). - If the truck does a pickup/delivery in your area anyway, meeting there is the best bet. I only learned about the delivery when the truck was already at the location, rather then a day before.
