I worked with Jeff Schwartz. He communicated clearly, had quick response, and was very helpful. This was the first time I had ever transported my car from state to state so I didn't know how it worked. He explained the process and helped answer my every concern. A few times I had to reach him and he was away from his desk but he responded back within a few hours or less.
The one thing that a first time shipper would need to know is that Amerifreight isn't the company shipping your car. They put out a bid and there are other truck or transporting companies that would take the offer so you'd have to do your research and check out the people that are actually taking your car cross country. Amerifreight works as a middle man helping you find transporters. As a middle man, they do a good job.
