This was my first time contacting AmeriFreight. I was satisfied with how prompt and responsive my agent, Ali Jones, was in answering my emails and in notifying me of when a carrier had an offer.
On the day Ali called me of a potential offer, she said the carrier preferred a same day pick up. I had to be sure my dad would be available after work that day. There was a lot of calling back and forth between her and I in order to confirm the time and place. In the end, everything was handled smoothly. I always received plenty of notification and confirmation emails that advised me on what to do and what to expect. Thanks to Ali, there were no surprises and I got my car delivered with no worries.
