The pick-up & delivery took a bit longer than quoted, but not enough to deter me from using this service again. We gave an ok for pick up on the 8th, they couldn't line up a courier until the 11th and no one arrived until the 15th. Delivery was to be within 10 day (told it's generally faster), but wasn't for 12 days.
