For VIP service this is a company I can highly recommend. From the beginning of our first contact with Lecia Phillips to the delivery of our car this was a great experience. She explained that they were a broker and that we could hire them to locate a carrier to transport our car. She explained the different methods of how they could market our job to prospective carriers. Went over risks associated with transport, what carriers insurance usually covers and additional coverage that AmeriFreight could provide. There was no hard pressure to purchase such insurance and I actually elected not to purchase it because the car was very old and has a very low market value. If this had not been the case, I probably would have bought the coverage. We discussed that they would start with a low bid and about where we hope to come in at. The same day we signed we got an offer from a carrier that was acceptable. The car was picked up a day and a half later and delivered the next day. Lecia kept in touch through the entire process from pickup to delivery. The Carrier was Braunsdorfs Auto Transport and I would highly recommend them as well. I think it's important for me to state that I received no compensation or discount for writing this review, just great customer service which exceeded my every expectations.
