Ali was responsive, had all of the needed information, was receptive to my needs and helpful from beginning to end. The only frustration was in regards to the company I ended up being matched up with, as they were supposed to give me 24 hours and also 2 hours notice for pick-up time and location, and the guy just called and said "I'm here" - which was not convenient nor close to where I was. This is out of their control, but something to be mindful of during the process.
