We have never shipped a car before. Ali at Amerifreight was very helpful in explaining the process and answering any questions we had at any time. The only problem we had was shipping the car right after Christmas. It is a slow time and it was taking awhile to get a carrier. We had to increase the price just to get a bite so the amount we paid was $400 more than I was originally quoted. But what we wanted was for our car to get safely across the country and it did.
