Graham Turner helped us stay within our budget, and was patient in continuing to look for an option that would work for us. The person I initially worked with over the phone was impatient and did not provide me with timely answers to the questions I had regarding the contract, but once Graham Turner took over our contract, it was like I was dealing with a completely different company. He was wonderful.
