My experience with AmeriFreight was, in a word, superb. After researching carriers for the transport from Naples, Florida to the Waco, Texas, they provided the most options and absolutely the best price. Since my schedule was flexible, I was able to get the best price. It is also nice that they have scheduling for a stricter schedule for more money. This is not unreasonable at all.

I got a quote but did not follow up on in time, the quote was only good for five days, I think. When I requested new quote, Chantal was wonderful. She was very polite and courteous. Although I did not work with her that much, Amy Woods was much the same.

The driver, Willy, contacted me often to let me know how the transportation process was going. There was a bit of confusion, on my part, about who would release the vehicle at Naples, Florida. The releaser was changed twice. Willy understood. My car was picked up at a business. There was some concern if Willy could make it before the business closed. He arrived early so there was no reason for our concern.

If I ever ship a vehicle again, I will absolutely use AmeriFreight and I will recommend the company to friends or relatives who need to ship a car or truck.
