The customer service that was provided by AmeriFreight was awesome! Our customer service representative Ali Jones was AMAZING! She was so helpful every step of the way. This was our first military move and being new to the whole PCS process Ali made sure to keep in communication throughout the entire process. She never left our side so to speak. No question was a silly question. She was so easy to talk to. Even the gentlemen from Swift Transportation who transported our vehicle was helpful and communicated well from the moment they pick up our vehicle. They worked with us being the person we had to give them the car ran into a family emergency. I can truly say AmeriFreight made this stressful move way less stressful. We will be using them again in the future as we all know the Army will give PCS orders to a Service Member with a moments notice. ?? Also we were not paid to give this review. I believe in supporting great businesses and this is one I would use again!! Thanks again Ali Jones! Job well done!!
