Ali was very responsive and helpful in brokering the transportation of our vehicle. This was a private purchase, and I had never arranged to have a carrier transport a vehicle before. She was helpful in explaining all of the details and process to me. Communication was prompt and thorough, with excellent follow through to ensure that the vehicle was delivered and was in good condition.
The carrier had a mechanical problem with the truck, so the delivery was a couple days late. I had to call the carrier each day to get an update- they did not ever call me to tell me about the mechanical issue or to provide status. They were responsive once I called, but they did not let me know that the vehicle would arrive late.
