Overall for the price I would use you again. I got a call back right after I asked for a quote and the quote was not the lowest but very aggressive. It was not clear to me at the economy rate which had a window (i think of 3-7 days) was not a guarantee. I didn't get the car until about 10+ days from payment. The driver Amando worked very well with us. I enjoyed Amy very much and she was very helpful and always returned my calls. The other person I worked with was Chantell? ( i think) she was ok and would return my call if I called her but was not very proactive in keeping me in the loop or explaining the process to me, Amy took care of most of this. I was asked to pay more money when I called and asked why my cars had not been picked up yet. I was told that if I payed more money then they thought I could have someone the next day. They explained to me that Amerifreight had payed more money but nobody was willing to take the cars yet and that if I would put up more they might. I told them that if it was a guarantee that I would pay more but didn't agree with the way this was handled and they came back and said that the driver would take it at the normal price. So it didn't sound to me like Amerifreight paid anymore but the driver took less. Either way I didn't have to pay more and the cars were taken the next day (10+ days after my deposit) Both of my vehicles looked great and there were no damages at all.I was not in a hurry so this worked out well for me. I wrote about everything but wanted to reiterate that I would use AmeriFreight again overall.
