I was very apprehensive shipping a car accross country, I had reviewed many transport companies and decided to use Amerifreight. The customer service was excellent, they were very informative and professional. I was given the driver's number and also communicated with the driver. I found it difficult to get info from the driver so I contacted Amerifreight and their customer service rep stepped in and handled the information flow on a daily basis. Amy the customer service rep from Amerifreight, was excellent. She notified me how the transport was going and spoke t to driver so I really did not have to...this eased my mind and I felt that they really had my best interest in hand. I would use Amerifreight again to ship my car...they really do put their customers first.
