I can't say enough of how helpful the customer service rep from AmeriFreight was in getting my car shipment scheduled. I had to coordinate with a plane trip and they were more than willing to work with me in having my car there the day I arrived. Unfortunately, a week later, the place I was going to store my car fell through so I had to cancel the car shipment. Since I canceled before a driver was assigned to my route, they were able to cancel the shipment without any fees or charges.
I looked at many car shipping companies before deciding on AmeriFreight and I will definitely be using them when i do ship my car in 2018.
