Mr. Cruz was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. He responded promptly and followed up to make sure things had gone well. Everything went as well as possible and I was very pleased. Whenever I called Amerifreight, I immediately could speak someone on the phone and my questions were answered as quickly as possible.
