I have never used a vehicle transportation service so I was VERY nervous. I did some research and called Amerifreight and spoke to Karen. Karen was extremely helpful in every way. She was kind and patient with all of my questions and gave me much peace about the whole process. Her communications were as promised and was always available. She made me feel comfortable about the quality of the trucking companies that they worked with. She definitely went above and beyond to assist me and provided the utmost excellent customer service. Her genuine kindness and compassion was something you don't find often.
