After reading shipping reviews in general I was a little worried, however this was a very pleasant experience. I had no issues at all they picked up on a Saturday and had to my daughter by wed. Although the paperwork states can be picked up between 3-5 days I was notified the next day as to the pick up date time. The driver was helpful polite and picked up on time. The arrival time was spot on and a little early.
