Samantha from AmeriFreight handled the situation I was in very well, and because of her service I would absolutely use AmeriFreight again. I had used AmeriFreight in the past to ship my car from Seattle to San Diego and was very happy, so when I wanted to ship my car from Massachusetts to San Diego I felt comfortable using AmeriFreight. I was surprised when my first customer service agent wasn't as attentive as I had experienced the last time I used AmeriFreight- she did not keep in contact with me regarding my order, and despite multiple attempts to contact her, I could not get an update on if a carrier had picked up or shown interest in transporting my car. I called AmeriFreight directly, and found out that this person was no longer employed at AmeriFreight, and that Samantha would now be my customer service agent. She did a very good job picking up and managing my order, and got me exactly what I needed, and remained in contact with me through the whole process. I wish that AmeriFreight had handled the initial transition of customer service agents better so that I wasn't wondering what was happening with my order, but in the end I was very satisfied with my service. I wouldn't hesitate to use AmeriFreight again.
