Needed to get my daughter’s car shipped to New Mexico. I contacted AmeriFreight. First time I used their service. The website was easy to use and in less than 24 hours I was contacted by Ben Payne. He was very professional and walked me through the process. I was impressed at how efficient things went. In just another 24 hours, Ben had a truck scheduled to meet my timetable at the cost he quoted me. There was a stressful moment though. 3 days before the scheduled pickup, I contacted the driver to confirm pickup time and he said he could not meet the date! I called Ben and he immediately called me back and jumped into action. Within 12 hours he had another driver to pick up the vehicle on time and I’m happy to say all went perfectly. Driver actually delivered the car to my daughter 2 days earlier than quoted!
