I needed to ship my son's car from Washington State to Florida, and had no idea how to do it. I chose Amerifreight from a list, hoping they would live up to the rating provided. From my first contact with Samantha Smith to the delivery, I received excellent service. Samantha patiently explained the process and the pricing to me and walked me through the paperwork I needed to complete and the options I could choose. The communication, both by telephone and through email, was excellent. A transport was found sooner than anticipated, and the process was exactly as Samantha had explained. There was a bit of confusion with the driver as the car was en route, but Samantha quickly cleared it up and even the CEO communicated with me so that I was not at all anxious. The car was delivered on the date promised in perfect condition. I would recommend Amerifreight to anyone for their shipping needs, and would hope they would all have the good fortune to work with Samantha Smith.
