We are sorry that the customer felt misled concerning the vouchers we offer. The vouchers are from an outsourced partner. They have their own terms/conditions on how to redeem the vouchers that must be followed. Our staff aims to be very upfront with all special offers. We have taken steps to rectify this situation with the customer. We have also made extra efforts to make sure this does not happen to future customers.
