I dropped off my car since it was only a couple miles,from my home. Preload inspection with photos and following report on any dent or damage was noted. (None noted on the automobile). A report was forwarded to my email with photos of the car. I was permitted to load some items in the car that were not valuable ( linens, clothes, towels clothes etc). I was given a window on when the cars was to be delivered in LA. Only issue was upon drop off the driver was at the wrong drop off location after a few phone exchanges he arrived a bit later than expected ( 1 hour) .Off off was fine car and contents were the same as when I dropped off the car.
