4 1/2 stars. My driver was very well mannered, he communicated with me throughout the entire process. My car arrived in the same condition as when it left (enclosed trailer). It did arrive 1 day late (probably out of his control) and I was ok with it. For me, better a day late than a day too early. Very satisfied..
