1. AmeriFreight Customer Service - Very courteous, available to answer questions even on weekends, would have liked a bit more information about the 3 pricing options in the initial call before the bid was made. Overall, was satisfied with the service.
2. Transporter - Impeccable service. Transporter contacted us multiple times before delivery and actually brought the car to my home earlier than expected in perfect condition.
3. Pricing - Before calling, didn't know a bidding model is used to determine the cost. The final was almost twice as much as the suggested bid made by AmeriFreight, so it was a little surprising. However ,considering the car needed to come from West Virginia (lots of hills and winding roads), perhaps pricing was appropriate.
