This was my first experience using a transport company to move a car.I was anxious about the process, so I contacted several companies and looked at reviews. I decided on Amerifreight because of their BBB rating , customer reviews and of course the compatible pricing. I contacted Amerifreight, I had some time limitations so i wanted upgraded service with 48 hrs pick up time. After i placed the order with them, i was pleasantly surprised by the prompt reply from customer service and even a better deal with an ENCLOSED carrier for the same price. They were very professional , adddressed all my questions and concerns and kept me updated during the whole process.The carrier company was SMT. I was given the contact number for the driver by SMT. The car picked up and delivered to me on time without any issues. There was no dirt or any damage during transit. It was really a door to door or even to the garage service!
Of note the price for the transport was a lot less than what the carrier had individually quoted me earlier.
Overall a very professional and affordable company. Amy was great from start to finish. I would definitely use them again and would recommend it to others
