We bought a Honda CRV in California and wanted to have it shipped to Ohio, upon reviewing many companies decided to give AmeriFreight a chance. Many people in reviews said they are a bait and switch company but from my understanding and what our rep explained is our car shipment is sold to the freight company that puts the best bid on it. We were chosen by Falcon transport, who a day later picked the car up from my moms house. The driver said he could not drive the transporter on to the residential road she lives on and asked her to meet him with it in a target parking lot. She explained she could not do that for medical reasons and he took an Uber to pick it up. If that's not service, I don't know what is. It took a week to get it here and we received 2 phone calls letting us know he will be in the area late and wants to meet early the next morning. I told him we could do 7 am which the driver did no problem. The transaction went smoothly and quick with no hassles. I would recommend AmeriFreight any day.
