We're sorry that this customer's experience was not as expected. Upon looking into his order, the pick up and delivery occurred on the original dates estimated and agreed upon by the customer and carrier. Customers are always provided with all carrier offers and are always able to decline offers that do not fit their time constraints and/or budget.
