Car transport from Portland Oregon to Orlando

Last week we used AmeriFreight to transport our daughter's car to her in Orlando, from the Portland, Oregon area, where she is working in the Disney college internship program. We selected AmeriFreight after reviewing many broker companies as their reviews were largely positive. Tara was helpful and go our car out on the transport board. It only took about 4 days for a trucker to select the car. Originally, we were hoping to do a terminal to terminal transport as our house and where our daughter lives are not accessible to a large truck. We were able to meet the truck when necessary, but our daughter does not have a flexible schedule. The trucking company that agreed to take our car didn't know how to do a terminal drop off and we couldn't find one in Orlando, but fortunately, the driver arrived on one of our daughter's days off. The hand off went well at both ends without a problem. My only concern, and this was with the trucking company, not AmeriFreight, was we thought our daughter would be able to use a cashier's check when she received the car. Instead, she needed cash which meant she had to use a Lyft to get to and from the bank and then have $1250 in cash on her until she got the car. As a parent this was scary, but fortunately, it turned out alright.
