The initial transport bid acceptance process was a bit unnerving. The transport companies wait until 3-5 days before to accept transport requests / bids. Once this part of the process is completed, I made contact with the transport company and we confirmed details. On the day of transport pick up the driver called 1 hour before and upon arrival. On the day of transport delivery James called an hour before and upon arrival. I was extremely pleased with his punctuality and professionalism.
