My son had joined the border patrol in Artesia New Mexico and we needed to ship his car from NY. When I contacted Transport I was assigned Danielle who was wonderful.She helped set up my payments and crazy schedule.My initial price did go up by $600 from my first quote but seeing as I was shipping the car to a remote area I was willing to let that slide. The carrier came to pick up my car and said he was not the one taking it his son was and that the car was going to be transferred to another hauler the next day. Long story short the car arrived but was covered in oil from an older car that was placed above my sons Cadillac. There was no other damage to the car but it was a mess for him to clean up while he is there doing his training.
