Reference number 1501596162-WP Ben from Amerifreight was very helpful and friendly to work with. My vehicle had mechanical issues which delayed my shipment more than once and shipping to a small town in the mountains wasn't a easy task. Ben was very cooperative and understandable. The company is only a broker so can't review the actual shipping of the vehicle but getting my shipment booked to where i needed it to go and being able to adapt with my needs and giving options was very nice. Communication was pretty spot on until my vehicle was picked up. After that was more of a struggle but that points to the actual shipping company not the broker
