Hope you're lucky enough to get Kimberly! She was VERY knowledgeable of the process as she stated she used to haul cars herself for 17 years! But I also found her to be personable, professional and all out honest and trustworthy! I was assigned ARD Trasnports LLC as my carrier who came in at a reasonable price. According to Kimberly, Rafael, the driver, had a 100% internal rating which means there were no complaints against him. Turns out at pickup in Buffalo, NY, Rafael was pleasant to work with according to my hard to please sister! They were both very thorough with the inspection and Rafael was considerate enough to further explain the process to my sister. It should also be noted Kimberly advised that I give my sister her direct number as she was willing to go over the details as well. At the delivery location in Denton, TX, my son, received the vehicle and was sure to go over it thoroughly before accepting it. Everything matched up with the pictures, video and documentation we sent him prior to delivery. He also stated Rafael was nice to work with. If I'm taking the time to right a positive review, you can be sure that I'll recommend AmeriFreight to friends and family. A great experience all around.
