Kim was very prompt, professional and courteous. She did exactly what she said that she was going to do, and worked to get me the best price. Because I had never shipped a vehicle before, I did not know what to expect. However, she comforted me as well as the driver's when they arrived to pick up the car. The car was dropped off on the exact date and time as promised!
