I had a very positive experience with AmeriCreight’s services. The customer service rep I dealt with, Nicole B., was knowledgeable, friendly and clearly and honestly explained the pricing, time frames, transport options and other variables. AmeriFreight was the second broker I contacted for a quote, and I’m really glad I shopped around! They kept their promises and didn’t play games. My vehicle was picked up on time by a courteous and professional driver for transport from Phoenix, AZ to the Washington DC area in January. Despite the risks of weather or other delays, my vehicle arrived on time and in excellent condition.
