Upon reviewing this order, it has been concluded that the majority of the details in this review are incorrect. As Amerifreight is a broker, we never know the amount of vehicles that will be on any given truck. The price of a transport is never effected by the number of vehicles on a trailer. While the pick up and delivery dates provided to Amerifreight are estimates and not guarantees, as stated in our contract, certain problems such as poor weather, vehicle break downs, etc may factor into delays. This customer was updated at all times, and the delivery occurred within his estimated delivery time frame. We are sorry that this customer's expectations were not met, but we hope to provide a positive experience should he wish to transport a vehicle with us in the future.
