After searching around and considering several different car shipping companies, we finally decided on Amerifreight based on reviews on the web. Our experience with Amerifreight was nothing short of excellent. The customer service folks, especially Amy, were very courteous and did their utmost to help out and resolve and questions or concerns that we had. Specifically, any time that I ever had a question on dates and needed to contact the shipper directly, Amy went to great lengths to get positive contact with the shipper and always followed up with me quickly.
Amerifreight really worked with us to nail down a close approximation of our desired shipping date, and the shippers showed up right on time and were very professional with picking up the car.
The car arrived right on time, and was in great shape. The shippers were very courteous, the drop-off time was during normal waking hours (this is not always the case with other car shipping companies), and everything was basically just as I hoped it would be.
I would not hesitate to use Amerifreight again.
