I had never had my car shipped before via open truck. I spoke with Samantha Smith who explained the process in detail. I decided to use her. She gave me a decent price. My car was picked up in Las Vegas and shipped back to Chicago in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company and I plan to use them again. Very good customer service, phone calls are returned promptly. Very happy customer!
