From beginning to end, this was a seamless experience. All of the contacts involved were extremely professional and courteous. My initial contact with Amerifreight was great and very helpful. My next contact with Amerifreight was courteous as well. There is no doubt in my mind that I would refer them to a friend in need of transporting their vehicle. The price seemed a little high in the beginning, but when I saw the care in which my vehicle was handled, it was well worth it. Also, when you include the rebates, that reduces the price nicely. My transporter, Joe, could not have been kinder and easy to work with. Everything was on my "terms" with regards to time of pick up and delivery. He was extremely punctual on the pick up as well as the delivery. His response was always, "no problem" which is nice to hear in a day when customer service seems to be lacking in so many situations and companies. Hopefully, this move is my last one, but if not, I would gladly use Amerifreight and Transport Auto Shippers again. When we arrived to Virginia, my family asked how the auto trasport process went and my reply was "perfectly". (My order # 902002345-GR)
