It was the cheapest quote we got. The Girls are efficient at the home office. Amy, Raechel, Lesley and I believe that was it. The online chat helps. They always called me when I asked them to. The e-mails were sent out as soon as they said they sent them out. The carrier was excellent at contacting me about his current location and how my vehicle was doing. I had never done this before and was really nervous but the whole crew with this company eased my worries. It was 645.00 for my transport. There were no damages, nothing was lost or stolen. I enjoyed the whole process. If you follow instructions and follow what the representatives tell you to do everything will go smoothly. Double check all your information to make sure it is correct and fax all the paper work same day if you expect results. You being the customer have to give back 110% since this company is. Stay on top of your phone calls and e-mails and ask anything you aren't sure about. If there are items in the car let the company know and place them in the trunk in an orderly fashion. Keep all your reciepts and e-mails you receive during the whole process for your records. Wash and vacume your vehicle before hand. Read all rules and regulations and follow them accordingly. Make sure pick up and drop off there is someone present to sign paper work and pay the carrier for his duties. Make sure your car has current license, tags, registration, and insurance before you ship it. I believe that is it. Just do what your suppose to do as a customer and the company will do the same in return. If you should go on ahead and do this then make sure you thank the people that helped you along the way through the whole process and write a review like I am doing so that others will learn of your experience with the company of your choice.
