I’m only rating 4 stars simply because it took a lot longer than I expected to find a carrier. If you have an oversized vehicle, keep in mind that it may take a while to get a bid and they will charge you more (which was stated) because it means one less car to fit on the transport and less money made for the driver. Other than taking almost a month between initial sign up and vehicle arrival, it was a great experience. Shanda was constantly checking in via phone and email and the driver did to once he had my vehicle. I felt like I and my vehicle were important to them, which is not what I expected from such a large company, but they were very personable and understanding. The fact that they were so nice over the phone made me much more willing to wait the extra days.
