After doing research on several transport companies, I opted to go with Amerifreight, because they were well-reviewed on this site, were price competitive, and they didn't pursue me, but rather relied on incoming business. I found Chantelle in Sales to be very knowledgeable about the process, and straightforward. I opted for the economy rate, which gives a pickup range of approximately 7 days. On day 4, the company called and said they can have a driver pick up that day for slightly more than the agreed upon rate, and put the ball in my court whether I wanted to move forward or not. I liked this, because I had talked to another transport company before contacting Amerifreight,who had sent me an automated rate, but then would not honor it, saying drivers wouldn't meet that rate. With Amerifreight, they gave me the option, honoring the quoted rate, and if they couldnt meet it, they would give me the option before the 7 days is up to pay slightly more and get the car quicker, or wait out the 7 days, and if not finding a match, they would take money out of their cut to make sure the trip would get completed for the agreed upon rate. I opted for the quicker route, and have got my car! I would recommend to others!
