In regards to my experience - yes - all was great. The car arrived quickly with lots of good communication about pick up and drop off. I felt heard by the driver and the rep who helped me connect with the driver. Everything was clear and obvious and good. I had some sticker shock to recover from because I was connecting with this company due to positive reviews AND price. The initial price from the quote builder site was about 650 less than I final cost had to pay so that wasn't cool. I was told that was the best that could be done given my two locations (upstate NY and MT), but I put the location in the quote builder so. I don't know. I don't think I was taken advantage of or scammed - but in today's world - it can feel that way so easily and I think the quote builder needs fixing or better communication about possible price differences is needed. Again to reiterate - I felt the people I dealt with honest hard working people. here's my reference number for people who know what this means. 1501685349-QV
