I must say that this was this first time I have shipped a car cross country or anywhere. my experience was very pleasant especially working with Samantha, who was my agent. She went on vacation during the time my car was shipped but she had all instructions written out on my account so her colleagues were able to help and give the same level of customer care and details on my car and my carrier. They even called me during the shipping times to ensure everything went ok and even after the car was delivered. I was very impressed and satisfied. My car was shipped on May 30th from VA and arrived in California on Jun 4th. I would recommend them to anyone and would ship my cars with them again.
