I contacted Amerifrieght about sending our car from Sebring, Fl to Saratoga Springs,NY mid May. This was the first time we had done this. I was very lucky to get Erica Hudson as my agent. I had checked reviews of other carrier services and felt comfortable going with Amerifrieght. Erica explained the process and answered all the many questions I had very patiently and walked me through the process. All paperwork was visible on line. It wasn’t clear to me as to what the charges were for Amerifrieght’s services. I feel this should be more clear. Once it was explained, very nicely by Erica, I was fine with it. I feel it is worth the price knowing Amerifrieght has vetted the carrier and will be there for me if any issues arise. Everything went perfectly. The car did take a long time to get to NY, one week. But we were told this at pick up. The driver was late for pick up but called to let us know. Erica followed up with a call to see how the delivery went. Erica got us a good price and a good carrier. Amerifrieght earned its high rating. We will definitely use them and call Erica Hudson for our return ship.
