How shipping a car should be

This is not my first experience shipping a vehicle. In the past I was treated with brokers and carriers that didn't communicate and had delayed pickups and deliveries. I have had a vehicle arrive with a dead battery, flooded engine, and grease all over the interior with a driver who didn't speak enough English to explain to me my options for reimbursement.
However, this time I'm glad I found TransportReviews and I'm glad I went with AmeriFreight. I got someone on the phone right away, they kept me in the loop at all times and they chose a licensed carrier that was prompt and contacted me every step of the way. I was flexible on departure time so I did not accept the first offer for shipping my vehicle. 24 hours later an offer $200 less came in and I agreed to the quote. The car arrived the day they said it would with no damage and the driver was very friendly.
I would absolutely contact AmeriFreight directly for my next vehicle shipment.
